Jared Dalton
Jared Dalton is the Founder and CEO of The Jared Dalton Agency, a full-service digital marketing and media agency that has supported more than 200 businesses and organizations across the United States. With experience in brand strategy, social media, content creation, and digital advertising, he helps organizations strengthen their visibility and connect with their audiences. Through workshops and international training, Jared also equips entrepreneurs and young people with practical digital skills to build their brands, create opportunities, and compete in today’s economy.

Roy Seneadza
Emmanuel Seneadza (Roy) is a visionary brand strategist and consultant, and social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering the next generation of African talent. He is the co-founder and coordinator of Afrotech, a pioneering youth development initiative delivered in partnership with The Jared Dalton Agency. Through hands-on digital marketing and communications workshops, Afrotech has trained over 2,000 high school students across Ghana, equipping young leaders with essential skills for the modern digital economy. With an extensive background in organizational leadership, customer experience, and strategic communications, Emmanuel serves as Lead Consultant at ALPHASEN Consult. He is an official member of Customer Experience Professionals Ghana and an active driver of impactful community initiatives.
